Chairman and Executive Director Chris is the original brain behind Prominence. Following years working in recruitment management and establishing two specialist agencies in New Zealand and the US, he found his calling in recruitment marketing.

After a period of market research and self-education, he founded Prominence and has overseen its growth across four regions. A disruptor at heart, Chris is inspired by people who break the mould and try to make things better. He prioritises fitness and wellbeing, and, when not on the public speaking circuit or running his newest venture Roi-AI, can be found exploring the great outdoors.
