When you partner with Prominence, you are accessing a full-service digital marketing agency, just for recruiters.

Your day-to-day contact will be with your dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for developing your marketing strategy and rolling out your calendar of activities. Our AMs are a friendly group of people always available for a call, video catch up or in-person visit.

Our AMs then work with our team of designers, copywriters, email marketers, social media managers and SEM specialists behind the scenes to deliver quality marketing content and results.

One-Off Onboarding Fee

Flexible options based on the size of your business and what you want to achieve

Fixed Retainer

Anything outside of your retainer and any project work is charged at an hourly rate

A one off onboarding fee. This covers a range of activities to get you up and running.

Ad hoc tasks or project work is billed at an hourly rate. Project work identified in your strategy will be planned for and quoted.

A monthly retainer to cover any business as usual (BAU) activities. This is typically your social media schedule, regular blogs or database emails.

How it all Works

We hold strategy sessions to scratch beneath the surface and really get to know your business - your goals, your culture, your key audiences and your challenges. We also determine your marketing objectives and articulate your USP (unique selling proposition).

Step 2: Develop Marketing Strategy

Your personalised marketing strategy will outline a unique set of marketing initiatives that will help you achieve the determined objectives.

Step 3: Create Annual Planning File

The annual planning file will outline the priority marketing initiatives and lay out timeframes for delivery across a 12-month period.

Step 4: Implement Plan

Our team of digital marketing experts will deliver marketing activities including SEO, paid advertising, copywriting, graphic design and email marketing.

Step 5: Evaluate and Celebrate

You will be provided with easy-to-follow monthy reporting that tracks key metrics and demonstrates return on investment.
