What kind of return can we expect on our investment?
We use marketing attribution models so you can see exactly where the value is coming from. During regular monthly or quarterly check-ins, we’ll walk you through analytics tied directly to your activity. ROI depends on your budget, goals, and market – but we’re here to make sure everything counts.
Do you offer fixed packages or bespoke plans?
Yes – we offer both. Whether you want a ready-to-go package or something tailored to your business size and goals, we’ve got options that work across a range of budgets.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Yes, our minimum contract length is 6 months. That gives us enough time to make meaningful impact and build momentum.
What is your pricing model?
We typically work on a retainer basis with packages tailored to your agency's size, goals, and services needed. We can do ad-hoc work though. Find out more.

How quickly can you get started?
We can start tomorrow. All we need is to book in your kick-off strategy session and we’ll hit the ground running.
Will you understand our niche or sector?
Definitely. We’ve worked across just about every recruitment sector and niche you can name – from education to exec search. There’s very little we haven’t seen. There will always be things we can learn from you though.
Do you work with startups or only established agencies?
We work with agencies of all sizes – from solo founders just getting started to teams of 50+ and global recruitment groups. If you’re ambitious and want to grow, we’re in.
Why outsource recruitment marketing rather than hire internally?
Outsourcing gives you access to a full marketing team with broad expertise, without the cost of multiple internal hires. We're flexible, scalable, and ready to go – no recruitment or training required.
Why not just use a regular marketing provider?
We’re recruitment marketing specialists. We understand your audience, language, platforms, and challenges. We know what works in this space – and what doesn’t. You don’t have to spend time explaining the different between retained and contingent recruitment, for example.

How involved do we need to be?
We’ll need your input to sign off on content and strategy, but we drive the ideas and execution. Most of our clients spend just a couple of hours a week on marketing – we do the heavy lifting.
Do you work with recruitment agencies globally?
Yes. We work with agencies across the UK, US, Europe, UAE, and APAC – time zones and geography aren’t an issue. We have boots on the ground.
What systems or tools do you use?
We fit into whatever tools you’re already using – websites, CRMs, email marketing platforms. If you’re starting from scratch, we can recommend what works best.
Do you offer personal branding support?
Absolutely. We run 1:1 personal brand training for recruiters, founders and leadership teams – whether it’s helping you get started or scaling what you’re already doing. Typically this is included in the onboarding stage.
Can we engage Prominence alongside an internal marketer?
Yes – we often work as an extension of internal marketing teams. Whether you need extra hands or strategic direction, we plug in where you need us most.
Who will be my point of contact?

How do you manage different time zones?
We’re a global team with coverage across multiple time zones – so we’re available when you need us, wherever you are.
If you’re working with so many agencies, how will we be a priority?
We’re set up to support multiple clients without compromising on quality. You’ll have a dedicated account manager and delivery team who know your business inside out – we don’t stretch thin, we scale smart.
I know my business well, and what I want for the brand tone – how will you enhance that?
Perfect – that’s exactly what we want. We don’t come in with a one-size-fits-all approach.
