The Service Offering
A member of our Account Management team will spend one or two days each week onsite with your team. They will work with individual team members, conduct regular onsite training and capture insights on how you work.
You will still have access to your Account Manager and our broader team of specialists throughout the rest of the week.
Pricing Model
You will simply be charged for the hours your Account Manager is in your office.
If it’s 8 hours a week, there will be an additional 8 hours on your retainer invoice.
