Amber Loach

Managing Director

Our MD Amber started her career in recruitment marketing in 2016 as an internal marketer in a recruitment agency. When the travel bug hit, she made the move to Australia and after another internal recruitment marketing role, become one of Prominence's first Sydney Account Managers.

Eventually, her British roots (including a love of all things Shakespeare and the London dining scene) were calling so she made the move back home to London where she set up Prominence's European HQ as UK Director.

With the UK company going from strength to strength, it was a natural next step for Amber to fill the role of MD in 2023 and oversea all 5 branches of the company: Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Bosnia & the UK.

Now her role primarily consists of consulting with recruitment agencies on their marketing strategies, and ensuring the team at Prominence are exceeding expectations for their customers, while focused on growing the business across the globe.

Amber is a champion of lifelong learning and a fierce advocate for her team. She shows genuine care and compassion for people right across the business who know she’ll always have their back. Not surprisingly, Amber is an avid traveller and loves spending her weekends jet-setting across Europe looking for the best museums, beaches and places to eat.

Jane graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) and joined the recruitment industry in 2000. She commenced as a trainee consultant working in business support. During the 20 years he worked in the UK, Jane was promoted to Account Manager, responsible for a number of national contracts, working with the all industries. Relocating to the USA in 2007, Jane established herself in the Boston market and joined us in 2012, managing the temporary business support services team and was responsible for managing and developing the Boston branch, and from 2015 until recently, she was responsible for managing the temporary recruitment services team in Boston. As of 2019, Jane is currently responsible for recruiting in the all sectors.
