Caroline's time in the recruitment industry and her love for digital marketing brought her to Prominence. She's able to put herself firmly in the shoes of recruiters, and alongside her knowledge and first hand experience of being a recruiter, she'll happily share her expertise, along with plenty of stories about the industry!
As Mum to two girls, she believes in pushing herself, and has undertaken several challenges, including achieving her goal of completing a charity walk along the Great Wall of China where she raised nearly £4,000 for Breast Cancer.
Jane graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) and joined the recruitment industry in 2000. She commenced as a trainee consultant working in business support. During the 20 years he worked in the UK, Jane was promoted to Account Manager, responsible for a number of national contracts, working with the all industries. Relocating to the USA in 2007, Jane established herself in the Boston market and joined us in 2012, managing the temporary business support services team and was responsible for managing and developing the Boston branch, and from 2015 until recently, she was responsible for managing the temporary recruitment services team in Boston. As of 2019, Jane is currently responsible for recruiting in the all sectors.
