Bespoke Marketing Strategy and Growth Advisory for a Dubai-Based Enterprise Recruitment Firm

This is a subtitle for your new post

Introduction

A fast-scaling Enterprise Recruitment firm in Dubai had rapidly expanded through acquisitions and new launches across several global markets. With each recruitment brand operating independently, there was a clear need for a unified marketing direction to fuel sustainable growth.

Background

Following significant expansion, the group needed a centralised marketing strategy for the parent brand, while still empowering each individual business unit with its own tailored marketing approach. Their internal resources couldn’t support the scale or complexity required, so they turned to Prominence as their outsourced marketing partner.

Challenge

This project came with two major challenges:

  • Multi-layered strategy: The parent company needed a high-level growth and marketing strategy to unify the group while maintaining clarity of brand.
  • Bespoke execution: Each subsidiary recruitment business had different verticals, budgets, headcounts and localised goals. Every strategy needed to be tailored, agile and immediately actionable.

The strategies also had to ensure each business was seen as a leading recruitment partner in its sector while staying aligned with the group’s overall goals and OKRs.

Solution

Group Strategy

We developed a top-level growth and marketing strategy for the parent brand, giving leadership clarity on direction, KPIs and content themes. This included positioning, employer branding and digital infrastructure recommendations.

Individual Business Strategies
Working closely with leaders from each vertical, we built bespoke marketing plans that considered each team's budget, business maturity and market. These strategies covered brand development, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing and email nurturing.

Implementation
As a ready-to-go marketing team, we didn’t just build the strategy. We delivered it. With a dedicated Prominence team in place, implementation was fast, collaborative and focused on ROI.

Additional Marketing Outcomes

  • Brand Awareness
The businesses are now recognised as trusted leaders in their sectors, with consistent branding and market presence.
  • Engagement
130% increase in LinkedIn followers and 180% more impressions over a 6-month period.
  • Email Marketing
Strategic content campaigns helped convert passive candidates into active applicants.
  • Headcount Growth
28% team growth across the group, supported by better brand visibility and employer branding.
  • Website Performance
Higher SEO rankings and increased local search visibility across multiple regions.

This tailored and scalable marketing strategy gave the group a stronger foundation for future growth while delivering results that exceeded investment across the board.

Survey Design and Distribution Great care was taken in writing clear, unambiguous questions, while incorporating a small number of open-ended responses to capture the perspectives of workers. Participation was encouraged through regular emails to workers and employers in the sector, as well as across social media. Result Despite the sector's limited workforce, responses were gathered from:
